LIGHT-DUTY Z-BAR Hanging Clips
The LIGHT-DUTY Z-BAR Clip is a perfect solution for hanging small or less heavy objects (such as mirrors, small frames and shelves). This system, which is based on a “French Cleat” style, sits flush against the wall. Hanging heavy objects becomes even easier with these Z-Bar hangers. For hanging on sloping walls (in the attic) or ceilings, use both a set on the top and bottom of the object. If using only a Z Bar on the top, use the PVC bumpers on the bottom to prevent the bottom from "tilting" towards the wall.
For fast, level and safe hanging of cabinets, heavy frames and mirrors. Easy installation; screw 1 part to the wall and the second part to the object. This is also a good solution for hanging small items that you need to change often.
Designed with anti-corrosion technology, this indoor hanging system is available in 7 lengths that you can choose depending on your hanging needs. Made of high-quality aluminum in various lengths and 30 mm wide with oval screw holes, for very easy hanging level.
Delivery per pair: 2 aluminum Z-profiles, optionally with screws, plugs and PVC bumpers.
And if they are too long, the aluminum cleats can be cut with any carbide saw or hacksaw if necessary. Or use two pairs to hang very large objects.
Please note: the available wall plugs are suitable for solid brick or block wall construction - however, use special plugs for hollow walls or partition walls (not available with us). The load capacity is of course very dependent on where (which material) each Z Bar rail is screwed into, but this rail (in stone or concrete) has a load capacity of approx. 30 kg per linear meter or 3 kg per screw.
For hanging on sloping walls or ceilings, use both a set at the top and bottom of the object.
